Wow, we finally started the wallpaper challenge with this theme “hope amidst nothingness” my mind is blank that time but till i decided to draw a window in the dark. The window represent hope and the darkness will be the empty room.

Feel like a century, i havent practice my mad skillz!!!.. made this wally for my friends who are still trap in a virtual world for more than 20years. Well raven feels more like the real world anyway here is it the shoulin!

It’s been a long time since my last post, anyway I’m back with Disciple III, successor of Disciple II, well actually the III is made by a different company, a russian company.

Disciples III: Renaissance, they call it, now it full 3D, they adapt the old gameplay and added a final fantasy tactics turn based like rpg model. Unit evolved in the same manner but the hero or leader will gain 3 points each level and also some nasty skills. Hero can also wear some helm, chain mail, rings, etc which is new. Talking about the final fantasy tactics model, yes Disciple III adapted the square movement and turn-based style. In which your unit will move through those squares(actually its hexagon) to reach a target, while Archer can gain advantage since they can launch there arrow at any range. So in other words the gameplay become more tactical and needed some thinking.

Assassins Creed? nope its a Jedi named “Galen Marek” codename “Starkiller” and he is also a sith lord, LOL…

The story revolved around after the clone wars, the called it “Great Jedi Purge” where all Jedi are being hunted and killed by the Empire. Galen Marek was a young boy that time when Vader killed his father. During the duel between Vader and his father, Galen show some great force telekinesis when he was able to removed the lightsaber from Vader’s hand. Vader relies that this boy force is amazing so he adopted Galen to be his secret apprentice and plan to use him against the Emperor.

After a few years(i think around 10 years) of training under the dark-side, Galen was given a task to kill all the remaining Jedi Master. Everytime Vader ordered Galen to do the execution Galen always accomplished it. The Emperor got spies on Vader and Galen and so they got caught, Vader killed Galen just to show the Emperor his loyalty but Vader secretly send some Drones to recover Galen and revived his body. After being revived Galen awaken with anger towards Vader but Vader told him the he did that in order to save him from the Emperor. Vader ordered Galen to rally the remaining Republic Forces/Rebel Force against the Emperor, Vader said that this will be there distraction scheme against the Emperor.

Galen set forth and become a Jedi as the journey goes by. From time to time he contact Vader about his progress but Vader seems to be concern about Galen feelings toward his new friends. Vader doesnt feel any anger or dark-side traith on Galen anymore. On Rebellion alliance summit, Vader strike with might and attack the Rebellion summit, Vader betrayed Galen for the second time but Galen escaped that time. Rebellion Alliance leaders are held hostage by the Empire , Galen was able use “foresight”, its a Jedi powers which you sense and see the future, though it was the first time he used that skill due to the fact that he is a sith. Galen track Vader and friends inside a massive space station “Death Star”. He defeated both Vader and Emperor, Galen was going to kill the Emperor but Jedi Master Kota stop him from doing so, Kota said that if you kill him then you go back from the beginning, you will be a prisoner of the dark-side. Galen stop his plan and decided to escape along with his friends but the Emperor recovered and unleashed a force lightning towards Galen, Galen absorb the force from the Emperor using his bare-hand, giving his friends a time to escape from the Death Star. After that a sudden explosion of force, Galen appeared to be dead, Vader finally recovered and look at Galen’s body. The Emperor also admire Galen’s ability, he thinks that Galen might be his equal.

After that Rebellion summit continue, Galen’s death was the one who founder the Rebellion, he gave the people a new hope that peace is possible. Thats the time when Episode 4 “New Hope” followed. The Rebellion honored Galen by using his family crest as there Flag.

But then… The Force Unleashed 2 is going to be release this October or November but im sure its going to be around late 2010. They got some trailer and it shows that Galen Marek survived? on Camino the cloning facility where the stormtropper are created. Did Vader created a clone of his secret apprentice? Maybe Vader is still planning to kill the Emperor for real, since he saw Galen owned both him and the Emperor. We sure dont know.

Finally, i got a copy, I’ve been busy lately but now I’m back.

Start right up where i left off, i guarantee the story will never disappoint you, its just watch a movie amazing.

Assassins creed 2 got plenty of updates from its predecessor. First, lets talk about outfit, players can buy armors and weapons, yeah you hear it right, you can now buy armors and weapons from blacksmith shop on every city you went. Plus, they added some Tailor shop too for additional bag for you knives, medicines (oops, yeah you can call it health potions) and colors (yup, pink assassin, nah kidding, no pink but dyes are true). On the other hand, they added new assassination techniques, you can kill a target above you just by hanging off the wall or roof. Don’t forget the dual hidden blade on both arms, what’s more better than killing two birds in one stroke? You can assassinate a target even sheath there swords as long they don’t get unto defensive stance. I don’t mind if your facing 10 opponents font worry as long there are wall, stone panel, post or anything where you can hide, you’ll kill them one by one in the shadow. By the way, you can also learn to jump higher, a super pull of jump for those impossible ledges.

Too much spoiler the rest is up to you…

I can say that new installment got me crazy for those puzzle climbing problem. pretty much better than the first, the only thing that the games rating drop because it needs internet connection but if we removed that problem then its definitely better than before.

Hip Hop, its been missing since P@C died… but Em’s revive it… but then again somewhere in his journey he lost it.

2010, Hip Hop is back, guess who found it again? the White Boy you hate… Em’s found it again… Eminem is back… i been watching his journey since i was young because he is the only white person alive who sing black music like he was black… you will never ever see a person like this for a 100 years… I’m glad was raise around his lifetime. Got to witness the history again…

Many loves Em’s because of his music but then again when lost it many hate him… like its not him they say…

But Now 2010 should be named Year of Eminem… with his single “Not Afraid” he showing that he brought back the same old Em’s we all love… the same old hip hop we all love… “Not Afraid” is an Uplifting song… but still got fire on the lyrics…

Another Fact.. “Not Afraid” just hit NUMBER 1 at Billboard… on his Debut! put those wannabees.. aside… get out of the throne the EMperor is back and he is NOT AFRAID…

“I gotta save me some cheerleaders!” is one of those funny quote from this game… btw here a video from youtube. its like an action and comedy pack movie… EA did really great in making the dialog so good… nice work. Just like any other war games.. we always see guns, bad guys.. and others… but Bad Company 2 got some nasty additions like ALL BUILDING can BE DESTROY… so when you are facing a TANK there is no place to hide within a few minutes… and how about that!… also bullets pass through concrete and beware of grenades and RPG… there everywhere… LOL… You can some rides too like Humvee, Tanks, Spy Drone etc… some sky driving? nah…

The story begins around WWII where Germans got V2, US got Atomic bombs and Japs got something too.. nope you wont be playing WWII guns… the real game start at coldwar period so dont yah worrah!..

Nope, this is not a game, its a folk legend in my town… ill be telling you some amazing story that my mother told me when i was a kid… i still remember it though LOL..

Sarimanok thats what wikipedia said… but not me, the story goes like this,
Its was nighttime in Lapaz, Leyte, where my grandfather along with my other relatives are staying for supper, when they hear the tress whistled and there was a burst of wind blowing everywhere. My grandfather knew that its the mythical bird “Sarimanok” roaming around like wind. He told his people to gather and set a trap for the Sarimanok. They use a large Net, grandfather hides beside a large tree while the other member of my family hides beside the second tree. They waited until the trees whistled again and when grandfather feel that the bird is running towards the trap, he ordered his relatives to pull the Net on there side and caught the Sarimanok ensnared. The Creature got beautiful feathers and its tail is like a rainbow… my mother said it was a GIANT CHICKEN almost the same height as my grandfather… i think around 5’8, so a chicken with 5’8 height? amazing…

Finally, the got a pretty delicious meal that night… more legend to come… im hoping to save it to the net so that my generation will still hear this wonderful stories.

Another Torchlight thing but a little bit technical because i just created my own class … yup i just started a few modding on my own torchlight copy.. added new custom made class “Breaker” which i transformed the old vanquisher model to a ninja like shield warrior LOL… she got a dragon tattoo on both arm and little bit darker tone skin than vanquisher.

I also created 3 new class skill.. amazing… its bit confusing on the first started of modding but its become easy when your created a few… so far my plan is to make this class of mine to had its own skill set… you will need paint.net because it can render alpha transparency png needed by the game, TorchED for additional files needed scripting side and last but not the least, you will need your all-around handy-dandy text-editing tool “NOTEPAD”… LOL

then follow this steps Here and off you go and create your own torchlight class

I search around the net… most likely no one got a melee build for Vanquisher so i tried to make one… so far i got trouble in my early game around level 1 to 19, because im keeping my skill points later…
and now im around level 36, so far so good im rocking… i got into mode to play Torchlight again with this build its fun and really action pack…

Vanquisher are built for range, most of his useful skills are in the Marksman tree, so the Rogue tree are being overshadowed… although my first character is a Range Vanquisher, its fun i got myself playing for 6 hrs at level 25… it was fun but its getting boring once you get those spamming AOE “Explosive Shot” there was less action happening because they cant get close to you… T_T

I really like the looks of the Vanquisher class, a pure assassin like in the Diablo 2… i really want her to become melee(semi melee LOL)… so i work hard to reach level 30 and finally got her to bloom, welcome my Melee Vanquisher has arrived. Skill breakdown below(most important):

Venomous Dirks – Level 10 (Max)
Hamstring – level 10 (Max)

This are your main skills… easy game-play but you will always be in action… the very center of it… when you see a group of enemies… Run pass through them using “Hamstring” and then stop at the very middle and cast “Venomous Dirks”, and do a little melee attack to finish whats left. As you can see i wield a sword and shield, why? because when i try to use Hamstring the animation rocks… you can see two blade each hand and your shield…. Cool like SPARTAN!!!! you dont have to worry if you are being overwhelmn, Hamstring is a skill that can be offensive and defensive, you can just use it to pass through lines of enemy and get to a safe place. Btw Venomous Dirks seek target its like a “Poison Nova in Diablo 2″ but Homing.

Support skill, i got haste, it makes you move even faster than lightning when using Hamstring. Hope you could try this build… I know it haven’t reach yet its max-potential, sooner or later we will know more about the Melee Vanquisher.
